Refrigeration Tech Position
We are actively seeking a hard-working and dedicated HVAC/R Refrigeration/Cooking Equipment Repair Technician on behalf of one of the more established and successful HVAC/Refrigeration/ Cooking Equipment repair companies in Atlanta.
Must be able to demonstrate reliability, integrity and a commitment to doing superior work. A professional and positive attitude is a must!
This position is responsible for repair of commercial kitchen equipment and/or commercial refrigeration equipment and HVAC systems.
Compensation and Benefits :
$22-$35 per hour depending on experience level
Insurance, vacation and PTO, Retirement, Holiday Pay
Full-time work/year round
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in "on call" staff schedule rotation based on customer needs
Maintain proper parts and supply levels in company service vehicle
Communicate with Office Manager for follow up on ETAs of parts and coordinating deliveries Work in company's CRM – Jobber – to report updates on jobs.
Show up on time and work efficiently to repair customers' equipment
Requirements:
Universal EPA Certification required !
Minimum 3 years of HVAC/R commercial equipment service experience?
Must be strong (able to lift up to 80lbs)
Must be coordinated and nimble (able to climb ladders – up to 30 ft. heights)
Ready to work!
Able to work in hot and cold areas
Strong mental awareness
Likeable and good with people
Professional appearance
Must have solid references for us to call (at least 2-3 previous bosses)
A high school diploma, with vocational training preferred
Valid driver's license (vehicle provided for work)
